Following the successful piloting of this workshop in December 2001 we are now pleased to announce that this additional programme is available from 1st March 2002.

Workshop to NHS North West London Sector
INTERMEDIATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

WORKSHOP FORMAT

  • highly practical and participative; lots of individual and groupwork
  • uses a Project Management Toolkit and Work-Book
  • tailored to individual and organisational needs
  • can be delivered in half-day or whole-day versions (full-day recommended)
  • this workshop can be run with Introductory workshop as part of a whole day

DELEGATE NUMBERS

designed to work for up to 15 delegates per session, with practicals completed in two or three groups as appropriate

WORKSHOP COSTS
½ day : £750 full day : £1250 includes all delegate materials

BESPOKE PROGRAMMES

We work closely with management from the outset to provide the right levels and types of training. Bespoke material and practicals can be developed. We can also provide e-learning support using our unique on-line easy-learn system
