
THE TAILORED, PRACTICAL APPROACH
At
we
have three guiding principles when working with Clients :
Firstly that any
programme must be tailored to the Client's particular needs; there is
no "one-size/style fits all" approach; presentations, workshop formats,
case studies and practical exercises are individually designed to match
specific Client and participant needs
Next, that programmes
will be highly practical, focussing on real situations, real issues, real
problems - seeking real solutions. Key learning points agreed with the
Client at the outset will be re-inforced during workshops and in presentational
and practical material taken away. The key objective is to ensure that
learning is applied back in the work-place.
Finally : all work,
activities and interventions are evaluated in detail - by the participants,
by the key managers responsible for the programmes and by senior management
in line with their overall business and development strategies. A succinct
strategic report is delivered back to Clients when each programme ends.
