Here we provide details of some of the main workshops
that we provide.
MANAGING CHANGE AND TRANSITIONS WORKSHOPS
There is a core
suite of three ½ day workshops but the content is infinitely variable
dependent upon precise Client needs; programmes are usually individually
tailored to Client's identified needs after initial consultation.
All three workshops feature lively introductory sessions, encourage
participation throughout and normally end with an innovative activity
or two that a) re-inforces learning and b) invites and encourages
detailed feed-back.
The core modules
are:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS
1) AN
INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This is a highly practical workshop designed to show managers and
key staff how Project Management can play an increasingly effective
role in today's work environments. Where applicable (and these days
this is often!) - it can be orientated to show how project
management can be particularly useful within major change initiatives.
This workshop is available in half or full-day versions (full-day
recommended).
It can also form part of a Project Management programme when twinned
with the Intermediate workshop described below.
2) PROJECT MANAGEMENT : INTERMEDIATE
WORKSHOP
Following the successful piloting of this workshop in December
2001 we are now pleased to announce that this additional programme
is available from 1st March 2002. Our first delivery of this Workshop
to NHS North West London Sector on 4th March proved to be very well
received.
Available in half-day and full-day versions (full day recommended)
this highly practical workshop takes attendees on to understand
the application of project management tools and techniques
by introducing them to challenging practical exercises and then
working through specially-prepared Project scenarios that will ensure
they return to base with a sound understanding of how they can become
effective project managers, effective project team
players.
This Workshop can be synthesised into an overall Project Management
programme by twinning it with the Introductory workshop detailed
above.
